Why nettle?

For generations, nettle has held a respected place in traditional European herbal traditions and has long been incorporated into handcrafted soaps. While we cannot make claims about the cosmetic benefits of botanical ingredients, we encourage you to research the rich history and traditional uses of nettle and draw your own conclusions. I chose to include it because I value both its heritage and the beautiful natural character it brings to this soap.
