All our soaps and skincare products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Product appearance may vary from batch to batch. We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect exact colors or textures.
3. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without liability. Occasionally, products may become unavailable. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will contact you with options.
4. Payment
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods offered through Shopify. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Your personal and payment information is processed securely.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders within the time frame stated on our Shipping Policy page. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs (for international orders).
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. (See our Return & Refund Policy for more details.)
7. Allergies & Sensitivities
We list all ingredients used in our products. It is your responsibility to review ingredients for possible allergens. Libra French Skincare is not responsible for skin reactions or allergies. Please perform a patch test before full use.

All content on this site—including text, photos, logos, product descriptions, and branding—is the property of Libra Estate and may not be used or reproduced.
