Return and refunds

Because our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, even if unopened. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.  If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.

Order Cancellations

To cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After processing or shipping, cancellations are no longer possible.

Allergy Disclaimer

We list all ingredients clearly, and we use only natural, skin-loving ingredients. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, we recommend reviewing the ingredients before use and doing a patch test. Libra Goat Milk Skincare is not responsible for allergic reactions.
