Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be packed and prepared for shipping.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another reliable carrier with tracking.

Packaging
We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our materials are chosen to balance product protection and eco-consciousness.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, as your order may have already entered production or shipping.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier, but we’ll do our best to help you locate your order. If your tracking shows no movement after 7 days, please contact us.
